We present a curated shortlist of three to five candidates. Each has been interviewed, assessed, and reference-checked in depth. Each comes with a clear personal recommendation and full supporting detail — so your decision is informed, confident, and straightforward.

Our involvement does not end at the offer. We support both household and candidate through onboarding and the settling-in period, remaining available to both parties for as long as it helps. A placement made well is a relationship built to last. We stand behind every one we make.
