Exceptional households do not pause between permanent hires. When a trusted housekeeper departs, when a property is in transition, or when additional support is required during a particularly busy period, continuity of standard matters — and we are here to provide it.

Halcyon Household provides temporary staffing support for precisely these situations. Our temporary network comprises experienced housekeepers who have been personally assessed by our founders — individuals we would recommend for permanent roles and who bring the same professionalism to interim engagements.

Temporary placements also allow principals and household managers to assess a candidate’s suitability before committing to a permanent arrangement – a practical advantage that a number of our clients value highly.

For households requiring multiple placements, volume-based fee arrangements are available, with structured discounts applying where two or more placements are made within the same household or estate project within a 90-day period.
